Unbleached stone ground whole grain flour, grown in Ontario. First cultivated as early as 5000 BC, it can be used in place of traditional wheat flour. A mild and sweet flavour, making it ideal for pie crusts, crackers, baking and breads.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
