Stone ground wholegrain heirloom farro flour, grown in Ontario. First cultivated more than 8,000 years ago it is believed to be one of the earliest ancient grains. With a rich and nutty flavour it is high in fibre and protein with a trace of gluten. Ideal for muffins, breads and pastas.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
